The TecnoGrabber^® system by TecnoConverting has been awarded “Treatment Product of the Year” at the 2023 iAgua Awards. The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, 21 September, in Madrid.

The iAgua Awards are considered the most prestigious awards in the water sector in Spain and Latin America. Since their launch in 2014, they have recognised the most outstanding organisations and professionals in water resources management, becoming a source of inspiration and a benchmark for the industry.

TecnoConverting has received the award in the “Treatment Product of the Year” category, a distinction that highlights the company’s dedication and commitment to developing innovative and effective solutions for water treatment. The TecnoGrabber® system is a solution designed to retain solid waste from discharges caused by sewer overflows during rainfall events.

We would like to express our gratitude to Sabadell City Council and Aigües de Sabadell for their collaboration in allowing us to carry out the first TecnoGrabber® pilot test in one of the city’s collectors. Their support and commitment to innovation have been essential to the success of this pioneering project.
